At CTA Reporting, we are dedicated to providing skilled help to businesses that must comply with new federal reporting requirements under the CTA. Basic Plan: $99/ReportFor a one-time charge of $99, our basic plan includes submitting one Beneficial Ownership Information Report to FenCEN. If requested, we will retain your information for future reporting needs.

Annual Plan: $199/Year
For $199 per year, we will follow up with you on compliance deadlines, reporting needs, and any changes to the compliance requirements. Updates need to be made any time there is a material change in ownership, control, or address information by the company or any beneficial owner.

Enhanced Review Plan: $299/Year
For $299 per year, in addition to services provided in the Annual Plan, we will obtain a FinCEN identifier to reduce the number of reports that must be updated. We will also review your other required reports, such as tax returns and public information reports, to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting ownership information.

Premium Plan: $399/YearFor $399 per year, in addition to the services provided in the Enhanced Privacy Plan, we will serve as your registered agent to receive any legal or compliance notices. Our firm will also provide an annual one-hour consultation to review legal risks, financial reporting, or new opportunities for you and your business.

Terms of Sale
By purchasing a service plan, you engage CTA Reporting, LLC (“CTA Reporting”) for legal representation limited to collecting and reviewing information required to report to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (“FinCEN”) as required by the Corporate Transparency Act (the “Act”). CTA Reporting works with FincenFetch, Inc., a third-party service provider, to gather and report information. While we take reasonable precautions to protect data, CTA Reporting cannot guarantee the privacy or security of your data in the event of a security or data breach. CTA Reporting is not responsible for the accuracy of information submitted to FinCEN. It is your responsibility, as the reporting company, to provide accurate and timely information. If a report or report update is due, you must submit information to us at least 10 days in advance. Failure may result in your report being late, which carries the possibility of civil and criminal penalties. By agreeing to these terms of service, you expressly waive any liquidated, potential, consequential, or punitive damages against CTA Reporting for a data breach or to failure to accurately or timely report your information.
Either you or CTA Reporting may terminate this engagement at any time, without cause, with 3-day written notice to info@cta-reports.com.
Amounts due under any service plan are considered earned at the time of subscription to the service plan. If CTA Reporting in unable to submit a complete report to FinCEN due to your failure to provide accurate and timely information, you will not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the fees. No relationship exists until agreement to all of the terms and conditions herein and receipt of payment. The attorney-client relationship is limited to gathering and reporting information under the Act unless expressly evidenced by a separate agreement. Failure to make payment will release CTA Reporting from this agreement. All invoices are due and payable in Collin County, Texas. All terms of this agreement shall be interpreted under Texas law and enforceable in Collin County, Texas, regardless of any choice of law provision. By making payment you confirm you have read and understand all of the terms contained in this agreement. Any modifications to the terms of this agreement must be made in writing.

Upon purchase you should receive an email from noreply@fincenfetch.com with the subject ‘Start your FinCEN BOI report.’ Click on the blue ‘Start FinCEN Report’ button to set up a password for access to our reporting system. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please contact us at info@cta-reports.com.
